Garden Kitchen Return & Cancellation Policy
At Garden Kitchen, every dish is prepared with the utmost care and attention, crafted especially for your order or event. Because our offerings are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns once food has been delivered or served.
Concerns
If there is ever an issue with your order - incorrect items, quality concerns, or anything less than what was promised - please contact us immediately at help@gardenkitchen.us. We will make every effort to address the matter promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Order Adjustments & Cancellations

Small Orders (individual meals / dinner boxes): Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery.

Large Catering Orders / Events: We kindly request 7 days’ notice for cancellations or major adjustments. This allows us to plan, source ingredients, and staff appropriately.
Refunds & Credits

If a cancellation is made within the required notice period, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future order.

Cancellations made after the cutoff may be subject to a partial refund or credit at our discretion, as ingredients and preparation costs may already have been incurred.

No refunds can be issued once food has been delivered or served.
